IS BOWSPRING FOR ME?

WHY CHOOSE A PRIVATE CLASS?
Private classes allows the student to have 100% of the teacher’s attention, giving the student the opportunity to gain personalized advice on postural alignment and focus on any injuries or disabilities they may have. Private classes are flexible and can be done in the comfort of your own home, work place or at a destination of your choice.
WHERE DO ONLINE CLASSES TAKE PLACE?
Zoom is an online service that enables chats, voice calls and video calls on your desktop, laptop or tablet . A basic account is free click here to create your own account. Be sure that your account is set-up and that you have tested that it is working properly (video and audio) prior to your first session.
HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN ONLINE PRIVATE CLASS?
You can make an appointment via the form on our contact page. You will receive a response within 48 hours.
HOW DO I PAY FOR AN ONLINE CLASS?
You can pay via PayPal using a debit or credit card or via the following link on our webiste click here .
WHAT DO I NEED?
For online classes you will need, a Zoom account, a laptop, computer or tablet with a camera and microphone, a yoga mat and some drinking water on hand. If anything further is required you will be advised prior to the class starting.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
We recommend that you wear something comfortable that doesn’t limit your range of movements, such as shorts, leggings or tracksuit bottoms. We also recommend that the student goes bare-foot.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
We advise our clients to be prepared 5-10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time this will give the client time to log into Skype or get their place in the classroom.
