There is no escaping pain whether it shows up physically, emotionally or mentally, one way or another it causes suffering.

In this 5 - week program you will be guided through gentle body movements that will help your release pain from your body.


It will make you feel good, you will develop a positive mindset, grow your self-esteem, sharpen your focus, and begin to release emotions from your body.

I´m offering you a safe place to let go of what is no longer serving you. I will support you on your healing journey and help you awaken your hearts deepest desires.

What skills will you learn?

Develop Skills that will aid you on your quest to heal, develop an understanding of your body and how emotions are affecting it. Learn a new way to move your body and how to incorporate it into your day-to-day life.

Learns skills that will help you feel good, create positive thoughts, boost your confidence, enhance your focus in life, reduce your physical and emotional pain, grow your self-esteem and cultivate healthy lifetime habits. 


How does the program work?

  • Initial online one to one consultation and physical evaluation 20-30 minutes.

  • As a group we meet online 2 x per week for 75 minutes.

  • Classes take place over Zoom and are recorded.

  • Weekly meditations, challenges, printable content.

  • Email support for the duration of the program.

  • Take part in the community group chat, where you can share your experiences with others who are also on the same journey as you.

5 week program

Week 1

Starting off we will talk about physical pain specifically back pain, common causes and ways we can help become responsible & help ourselves. Together we will cultivate a positive attitude in line with our heart’s true desires.

Week 2

This week we will focus on resistance and letting go of what is stopping us from achieving the life we truly want. Surrender & begin living your truth, step on a journey self-made freedom.

Week 3

Awaken your true values, make choices without judgment, learn to trust in your intuition, create a stronger relationship with yourself, feel rooted and grounded.


Week 4

This week we will rinse away negative beliefs from our mind, body and soul, we will learn to love ourselves as the unique magnificent beings that we are.


Week 5


To finish we will explore finding stillness within, peace in mind, freedom & space in the body.

What will I need?

  • A Yoga mat, Laptop/Tablet with Webcam & internet connection.

  • A place to practice where I am able to see a full view of your body

  • Blankets, pillows, bolsters can be used for individual comfort.
