About Me

I grew up and have been living in Spain for over 30 years, my interests include, being in nature, being around animals, traveling, camping, astrology & divination, healing and movement.

For the past ten years I have been gained experience working within the community & hospitals, caring and supporting people with complex needs, head injuries, physical disabilities, & mental health problems.

Getting Sick

In my 20´s I was diagnosed with an arthritic autoimmune disease Ankylosing Spondylitis, which caused inflammation flare-ups and muscle spasms in my back, bottom, and legs leaving me bed-bound for days on end.


Getting little help other than a pill prescription to solve my pain and problems from the Drs I decided to take matters into my own hands and I embarked on a self-healing journey.

My Journey

I found yoga in 2015 & I got great pain release & I soon found myself on two yoga teacher training hungry for more knowledge of this ancient practice and all its therapeutic benefits.

In 2017 I attended a weekend workshop & met the founders of the Bowspring method, Desi Springer and John Friend, and from that day forward my life changed forever.

The results

I was fascinated with how primordial the Bowspring movements felt in my body and for the following 6 weeks, I decided to apply what I learned in that workshop to my day-to-day life.

I began to retrain my old habits. I faced resistance head on and after 6 weeks of practice I woke up one day and the pains had gone.

What fascinates me about this practice, is it´s miraculous ability to cure pain, to this day I am pain-free, and have spent my time, working on myself & traveling every year to study with the founders.

The Bowspring Method
